Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Maxinet to potential customers—driving revenue through field sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our subscriber base. This is a role for someone with a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
•⁠ ⁠Present and promote Maxinet’s broadband packages to prospective clients (individuals and businesses).
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
•⁠ ⁠Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
•⁠ ⁠Represent Maxinet at activations, exhibitions, and community events.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
•⁠ ⁠Proven sales experience in Telecoms, ISPs, or related sectors is an advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ ⁠Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with local markets and customer segments in assigned territory.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
